Blue Cheese Bombs

Mould on blue cheese however, is different from the fuzzy, darker mould you’ll find on just about every other type of food. These moulds are usually toxic and you should discard foods that have grown mould without attempting to remove or eat around the mould.
Blue Cheese Bombs is a cheater recipe, really. I call it that because it’s really just a store-bought refrigerated biscuit mix with a couple of extra ingredients thrown in to make it just a little bit better. There’s not a lot to it.
As you might have guessed, blue cheese is one of those extra ingredients with hot sauce being the other. If, on the other hand, you don’t care for spicy foods, you can even leave the hot sauce out.
Simply start with a package of refrigerated biscuit dough and basically, you just follow the directions on the package while adding these ingredients.
Growing up I hated blue cheese. It was stinky and bad tasting. I don’t suspect the blue cheese has changed much over the years so I guess either my tastes have changed or my tolerance for stinky and bad tasting things has. Now I love it!
So if you’re up for a stinky, bad tasting appetizer, snack or side dish made from something that is often deadly but not in this case, these Blue Cheese Bombs are the bomb.
