Just Because You Saw It On The Internet, It Doesn't Make It True
“You are young yet, my friend,” replied my host, “but the time will arrive when you will learn to judge for yourself of what is going on in the world, without trusting to the gossip of others. Believe nothing you hear and only one half that you see. Now, about our maisons de santé, it is clear that some ignoramus has misled you." - Edgar Allan Poe
This is a message to all the people that are posting a variation of this on Facebook.
By all means you are perfectly within your rights to post this on your wall, your refrigerator, your gun cases or even on your forehead if you want. Fill your boots!
(Might I suggest if you choose to post this on your forehead, that you photoshop it so it is backwards which will permit you to read it when you look in the mirror.)
I'm not certain if holding a bear in your arms is legal in Canada or the right to hold a bear in your arms is protected by the Supreme Court of Canada as a fundamental right, however I believe that according to the laws of nature... it's a very stupid thing to do.
However, that does NOT mean that the Supreme Court of Canada has granted you or anyone else the "right to keep and bear arms as a fundamental right of the individual."
You might be confusing this with the 2nd Amendment Laws in the U.S. which will only take effect if Trump is successful in acquiring Canada as the 51st State of the United States of America. (If this were to happen, be prepared to wear your winter coat to the Canada Day Parade which will henceforth be held on very cold days in July.)
In the meantime, here are some pictures of men with "bears in their arms" that you might enjoy.
