Oven Barbecue Pork Chops

All you have to do is add some mashed potatoes and a side dish of veggies and you have a quick and easy meal ready for dinner.

Prep Time: 10 min.
Bake Time: 40 min.
Total Time: 50 min.

Servings: 2

Stuff Required:
  • ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ⅓ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup hot water
  • 2 pork loin chops
Do This:
  1. Preheat the oven to 375° F.
  2. Mix the first 8 ingredients in an oven-proof casserole dish. 
  3. Add pork chops, coating both sides with the sauce.
  4. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, turning chops halfway through cooking.

They never entered U.S. or Canadian air space but they weren’t exactly in Russian air space either.
